Above is an overview of what we will be covering this following school year. Every Lesson will have a Homework assignment and an Extra Credit Assignment. During the months of December and May There will be a Half Term Project due that month along with an extra credit. So if you do all the HW, Extra Credit, Half Term Projects, and Midterm and Final you can earn up to 600 points for the year! Doesn't that sound tempting?! I know it does. However, it's not required for you to do all of it. If you read the home page you can see the break down of what you need to do to pass this course. However, I will re post it here again. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at comwizardry@gmail.com .
This is a full term class. You can get 2 quills for this class; 1 per term. You need to have at least 300 points to pass this course (150 points per term). Now it doesn't sound a lot but you need to do the midterm and final to pass this course. In order to do the Midterm- you must complete 2 of the 3 HW assignments before the Midterm. The same process is the same in order to get a quill for the 2nd term.
Here is the break down in order to get a quill: if you do the minimum of 2 HWs and then you do the midterm/final that is a total of 90 points. OH NO! That's 60 points short! That's where Extra Credit and the Half term Projects come in. I don't care which you do, but you must make up those 60 points in either the doing those or just doing all the HW :)
All Homework will be Multiple choice or T/F. The Extra Credit and half term projects however, will be essays. Come on, I have to make you use your noggin a little bit! The homework assignments and any extra credit will be posted in the Homework & Extra Credit Tabs!
